在动词前不是要加to吗怎么是for

都行
如果是to的话后面就要是get up
如果是for的话后面就要是getting up
it is time for doing sth
it is time to do sth
两者都行

如果是to的话后面就要是get up（动词不定式）
而题目后面是getting up ，就要加介词for

to加动词原型构成不定式。此处for为介词，后接现在分词。

to有两种用法：一种是不定式，另一种用作介词使用。在本题中，有2组固定搭配：it is time for doing sth 或者 it is time to do sth.明显是前者。所以用for。这些老师上课应该会讲吧。
