这题不知道如何解释我选B 但错了. 麻烦朋友给我分析分析

A.Now that B Until C If D Before
A B 不确定 答案是A。 但不晓得为什么不能用B

这题选D，原因是前面已经有了reason了。
给你举一个中文的例子你就明白了：

我们会说：
我干。。。的原因（reason）是。。。。
或者
我干。。。是因为（because）。。。。

而我们不会说：
我干。。。的原因（reason）是因为（because）。。。。

也就是说reason because不重复使用

选A。为什么不能选B呢？
因为until是直到。。。我才。。。
但是用法是“我干了。。。事，not until。。。”
如果用until，就应该是Not until you mention it,.....
