急！为什么在我报GMAT得第一步--注册MBA用户的时候，老是跳到出现错误的页面。

等我第二天在注册的时候，在点击register for the GMAT之后，网页上显示“GMAT Registration Services are currently unavailable.Please come back a little later.We apologize for the inconvenience.”
为什么会这样呢？这种应该不是我的电脑和网络的问题，是因为周末所以不能报名吗？希望也遇到类似情况的人帮我解答这个迷惑。谢谢！
GMAT一般提前多长时间可以报名呢？我想09年3月考，现在能报名吗？
补充：在之前出现错误的网页上会显示“We are sorry but an unexpected error occured while processing your request. ”
