It is facing more competition in the market and opening up to the pressure, etc. As a result, the reform becomes imperative way out for Xinhua Bookstore. This assignment focuses on the history of the Bookstore, analysis of the background of the reform, as well as the effectiveness after reform combined with actual situation in China. It also provides some individual cases which gives suggestions on development model for Xinhua Bookstore.
