这样说来开头结尾主体都要讲一遍观点？不重复马？

There is no need to do so. We always using some phrases as the following for the beginng of the last paragraph in the essay, such as "in a word......","for the reasons, we can draw a conclusion that......". So your last paragraph must be shown the main idea of your essay.
