玩魔兽提示这个错误框，怎么处理?

声音文件出错了吧- -重装一下吧

我的机子也有，太正常了，机子硬件的原因，不用管。估计也就是1个礼拜1.2回吧.

如果出现如下提示：

this application has encountered a critical error: fatal error!
program: d:\program files\warcraft iii\war3.exe
exception: oxcoooooo5 (access_violation) at 0167:6f042930
the instruction at'0x6f042930' referenced memory at '0xffffffff'
the memmory could not be 'read'
press ok to terminate the application
