英语什么程度能阅读网站？

4级，一定得经常去英文网站练练就能阅读了，熟能生巧

if you haved passed CET-4 and CET-6 ,that means you have accmulate a great number of words and expression.with the rich volculary,i think you can read the english article in the websites without difficulties

阅读网站和英语程度无关，看不懂英文的可以看中文的。

4级过了应该可以，但是很多网站看个半懂，雅思6分以上就没问题了应该。个人见解。

I think, as long as you have finished your high school study, it is all about practice. When I came to the US for my PhD, at first, I preferred website in Chinese, but right now, when I check things out on Wikipedia, I tend to check both languages. The more you practice, the more you feel comfortable with reading stuffs in English. Wikipedia is usually a good starting point.
