大 功 率 线 绕 电 位 器 加 工 协 议
应甲方要求，乙方愿意为甲方开发提供大功率线绕电位器2款:50W；100W。并且按需方提供的样品作为技术标准，技术参数另见附件。
一、技术要求：乙方以甲方提供的样品为开发标准；要求提供样品数量为叁套，一套作为
开发后提供样品的标准，另两套作为产品开发的零件解剖之用。（已收到样品50W,100W各一个）
1. 外型尺寸与外观包括陶瓷座、珐琅颜色与进口产品（大功率线绕电位器50W,100W）基本符合；
2．技术参数详见技术参数细则。技术参数经双方签字认定，盖章签字为准。
乙方在交付样品后需有甲方，的书面确认书方可下单转入批量生产。
3. 产品型号：50W ：WXD22-50; 100W：WXD22-80
二．产品开发周期：
1. 协议签订在模具预付款到达乙方账户为协议生效日；
2．样品交付期：在协议生效日起60天内；
3. 批量生产周期：乙方收到样品确认书后50天交货；
4. 产品单价：1. WXD22-50 含税单价: 92元/只 起订数量：1000pcs
2. WXD22-80 含税单价: 126元/只 起订数量：1000pcs
5. 货款：款到发货。
三.开发费用
由于乙方生产的电位器与甲方样品的外形尺寸、结构等差异较大，如要符合样品要求，就必须开制模具，预计两款电位器的模具费用：捌万陆仟捌佰元整；
开发费用的付款方式：开发协议签订后甲方应及时支付乙方模具款50%（肆万叁仟肆佰元整）汇入乙方指定账户；
一旦样品确认，应把剩余模具款项一次结清。
四．产品开发中如发生争议，双方及时沟通协商解决。
具体模具费用：1.陶瓷基座摸四副 ： 48000元（这模具因材料是不吸水陶瓷）
2.电刷模具两副： 9000元
3.拨盘模具两副： 9600元
4.不锈铁焊片两副：8600元
5.铜焊片摸具两副：3000元
