F1学生如何在美国登记结婚？

结婚登记跟学历没有关系的, 不过最起码大家都有18岁.
　　由于我不知道你在美国哪里居住, 比如在纽约市, 就去New York City Marriage Bureau, 你住的地方肯定有类似结婚登记的政府机构, 只是名字不一样而已.
　　无论男方是美国公民也好, 绿卡居民也好, 留学生签证也好, 需要的证件都是一样的.
　　Identification Requirements - application must be submitted with copies of either A or B:
　　A. One (1) of the following forms of valid photo-ID:
　　Driver license
　　State issued non-driver photo-ID card
　　Passport
　　U.S. Military issued photo-ID
　　B. Two (2) of the following showing the applicant's name and address:
　　Utility or telephone bills
　　Letter from a government agency dated within the last six (6) months.

　　如果男方是中国来的留学生,中国驻美使领馆不会婚姻登记的, 根据中国领事馆信息:
　　中国公民在国外结婚
