grub 是多系统引导程序而已。
加入你电脑装了2个系统 这东西就是引导你所选择的系统 开启。
这情况我没遇到过
英语的意思 是让你点TAB 然后用命令和选择文件名继续
你是用一键还原恢复吗，之前你的C盘容量是否改变了，如果变小了要恢复到大于备份之前的容量。
