6.3 THE MANAGER
6.3.1 THE Board of Direction will appoint a manager for the company (the “Company Manager”).
6.3.2 The manager will be in charge of executing the business plan of the company and shall be entrusted with the responsibilities, powers and authorities relating to management of the daily operations of the Project Companies and, among other responsibilities, shall have general supervision, direction and control of the daily business and affairs of the Project Companies.
