摘要:绩效考核是一个世界难题, 对一个企业的绩效考核关系到这个企业的生存和发展。我国的国有企业目前正处于攻坚阶段, 关系其生存与发展的重要因素—绩效考核的现状却并不令人满意, 其中还存在着很多的问题, 如绩效考核没有成为企业战略落地的承载者, 绩效考核没有很好的与员工的业务改进、能力提升相结合, 绩效考核的结果运用不科学, 绩效考核体系不完善, 缺乏有效的沟通机制等问题。
这些问题的存在严重阻碍了国有企业的顺畅发展, 本文就是通过分析目前国有企业的绩效考核的实施方法,以及存在的这些问题, 然后提出积极有效的对策, 以期对我国国有企业的绩效考核提供一定的借鉴作用。
