求演讲稿：Would you prefer to work in the international company or in the local company

I Prefer to Work in The International Company
Working in an international company and in a local one all takes advantages and disadvantages.But I prefer to work in an international company if give a choice.
Firstly,people can learn lots of different knowledge, including different cultures, through working in an international company, and will get a more open sight and mind,which are good to make decisions correctly.
Secondly,working in an international company will help people improve a foreign language more rapidly.Local company will never provide such a good chance to their staff.
Thirdly ,and most importantly,international company will give us more opportunities to realize the best of our potential.
So,I would like to work in an interntaional company rather than in a local one.
