摘要 地球上每年都会发生数百万次大小不等的地震。2008年5月12日，发生在我国四川省汶川县的里氏8级大地震造成了……万人遇难的惨重损失。在地震中丧生的人中，有些是被倒塌的建筑物当场压死的，而有些则是因为废墟挖掘的难度大、进展慢，错过了地震救援的“黄金时间”而失去宝贵生命的。我们的研究目的是发明一种能向救援人员无法到达的狭小空间里的被困者输送水和食物等物品的小型救援机器人，为废墟挖掘赢得时间。
我们研制的机器人模型采用乐高器材搭建制作。通过NXT主控器与各电元件连接，在电脑上编写程序，最后输入NXT主控器，在NXT主控器上开通蓝牙通道，通过手机安装的程序利用蓝牙传输发送指令来控制机器人。
经模拟测试，该机器人能通过人工遥控，在废墟上穿越障碍，到达指定地点，完成输送物资的预定任务。该作品具有多项功能及特点：①在行进过程中，机器人前端的无线摄像头能实时传输路况与灾情。救援人员可根据无线传输回来的图象，对被困者进行视频诊断，通过远程遥控，将机器人身上携带的食物及药品输送给被困者，搜救生还者。②能正反两面行进，不怕倾倒，适应各种地形地势的要求，应对各种复杂的突发情况。③为模块化结构，能任意组合成各种形态，可按照灾情的需要重新组装，用于更多的救援任务中。
