if the documents presented under this credit determined to be discrepant, we may in our sole judgement and discretion approach. the buyer for a waiver of the discrepancy(ies). Incase the the waiver is obtained, we may release the documents and effect payment in accordance with the credit terms notwithstanding any prior communication to the presenter that we are holding documents at their disposal, unless we have received any instructions to the contrary from them prior to our release of documents.

这是开证行对有错误的单据的放单免责条款，对受益人没有什么损害。
主要意思是： 如果根据我们的判断和评估，所递交的在此信用证项下的单据存在不符点，我们会寻求买方对不符点放弃权利。尽管我们事先已经给予交单人我们是为交单人保管单据的有关的信息，一旦得到了买方的弃权，我们会释放单据并根据信用证条款执行付款，除非我们在释放单据之前收到反对放单的指示。
