请较英语高手一个问题：这个用法对吗？

than用于比较级的 这里面没有一个比较级的词 compared with是可以的 但是替换了就如同上面说的 不是很地道

用lower than

可以用than，或compared with但是要改为，although the figure was 10 percent lower than... lower compared with.
用lower

应该这样表达
Althouth the figure was 10 per cent lower than what it was in previous year.

....from percentage of previous year,这样好点，than 和compared with 这里也可以用
Although the figure,compared with previous year, declined 10 per cent......
Although the figure deseased 10 per cent lower than previcous year.....
