1)两句都没有语法错误，但第二句的to be 是多余的。
2）紧张的用nervous（神经紧张）更准确，因为tense是绷紧，肌肉紧张。实际应该是神经紧张。

第一句更好。第一个符合句意。第二个不正确，tense to be 不正确。

第二句不太好,直接说is always tense on the stage就好了,但是不管是改了没改,还是第一句好,always 用得太绝对化了,用往往更亲切一点,可以的话我认为最好再改成This boy tends to get tense on the stage .言简易干，又能表达出意思
