中国的“卫生院”可以是从一级甲等综合性医院到乡镇社区卫生服务中心。所以可以说是，Health Care Center, Health Care Hospital 或是 Health Clinic。这要看医院规模的大小而定，从大的 Helth Care Hospital，Health Care Medical Center，到较小的 Health Care Center, 到最小的 Health Clinic.
