第一题是强调句，不是定语从句
It is/was +被强调部分+句子的其他成分
eg,you met him in the library in the morning.
强调时间 It was in the morning that you met him in the library.
对这个句子特殊提问 When was it taht you met him in the library.
只是把图书馆提前了迷惑了你，误以为是定语从句了。
第二题没有被动关系。
第三题是到五点半为止愈多人都走了，by才表示到。。。为止
