UC知道cs1.6修改参数问题！

今天在网吧局域网里打cs1.6，发现我准星瞄着脑袋却打不死人？（千真万确！事后我和朋友，用m4或者ak对着脑袋点一枪居然对方不掉血）准星的定位与我看到的有偏差，听说在控制台修改某些参数会使游戏环境更好， 请问我应该怎么做？
