摘 要
随着电力体制改革的不断深入和发电企业管理水平的提高，寻找一种适合自身发展和管理模式的信息系统，己成为发电企业最迫切的需求，以提高企业的运营效率，降低生产成本，在越来越激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。找准企业自身定位，并有针对性地提出相应信息化解决方案就是当前摆在电力企业面前的首要问题。只有在认真分析企业自身定位，提出一整套管理思路后，再进行整体规划，才能真正达到信息化的最终目的。
本文研究的目的是将EAM(Enterprise Asset Management)企业资产管理系统和ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)企业资源计划系统在发电企业中的应用进行比较，通过对电力企业生产方式和管理特点的详细阐述，提出适合发电企业信息管理模式。本文通过对EAM系统的模块功能和特点进行了分析，并且通过与当前在各行业广泛应用ERP系统的比较，得出采用ERP+EAM+外围管理系统的方式建立电厂信息系统，以ERP和EAM为核心，辅以外围管理系统，采用ERP的财务管理模块和人力资源管理模块符合发电集团对财务方面的集团式的集中管理模式，同时，采用EAM也能较好地满足电厂对设备管理等方面的管理。
