Tom is one of the tallest students than any other boys in our class.

你这里要表达最...的话就不能用than了,最高级没有跟than
如果是想表达比...大几分之几的话就不能用est最高级了,不明白你是什么意思

one of the 后面不能加比较级，如果没有one of的话可以加，有the 的比较级强调两者哪个更为突出。
