我认为善于发现人才的人，是对当今社会最重要的。现在，社会上不乏有才能的人。有很多人都具有超高的能力，有很多人都是从名牌大学毕业的，却依然没有完全发挥出自己对社会的作用。所以需要有领导者去挖掘他们的潜能，良好的运用他们。这样人才才不会浪费，社会才会进步。
我喜欢读小说，那种故事情节丰富，具有悬念，又引导你去逻辑推理。并且读完以后，仔细想想，还会读出对人生的一些新的认识，带有哲理的书。
我觉得最 intriguing 的人是亚历士多德。现在很多人都觉得牛顿很伟大，因为他的很多定律我们现在都在使用。可是谁知道，或许几千年以后，他的理论也会被推翻。所以，尽管亚历士多德提出了的理论经过几千年以后，被否决，但他的巨大贡献却无法否认。人类的发展，最重要的就是一切理论的开始，是他开创了这些理论的先河，才能有后来的伽利略、牛顿……
我觉得我在working group里经常扮演领导、策划者的角色。当然我一定会采集所有人的意见，把他们凝结在一起。
