请高手点评一下我这篇英语作文

这是我自己写的作文，Teaching Evaluation in Our School，请高人指点哪些地方语法错误，那些地方连贯欠佳，哪些地方表达欠妥等等。要考四级了，其实这是老师课堂布置的作业，我把它当成四级模拟练兵了。另外，如果放在四级考试中，这篇作文能得几分（按满分15分计算），谢谢各位！
全文如下

Nowadays, many universities entitle the students to teaching evaluation, which has aroused common concern. What impresses us most is that this new policy is becoming more and more popular. There are some factors contribute to diong teaching evaluation.

First of all, universities could get some teaching information from the evauation which is done by students,so that leaders coud do some decisions according to it. What’s more, teachers could learn something from the result of teaching evaluation, such as their teaching quality, their professional knowledge, their teaching methods and their characteristic judged by students. Good or bad,not good or not bad, teachers could improve themselves. Besides, students could express their feellings more easier.

As far as I am concerned, I approve of teaching

先改语法。

第一段，最后一句，contribute--contibuting,修饰factors，因为前面已经有一个谓语动词了。

第二段，第三行，the results.such as后面的名词性短语跟前面learn不搭配，改成：such as how about their teaching quality,professional knowledge, teaching methods and characteristics are judged by the students.这样好点。
第五行，有点啰嗦了那句。whatever good or bad, the teachers....
最后一行，把more去掉。

第三段。第一句，evaluation前面加个the,
第二句，On one hand,还有，名词前最好有冠词。要不就用复数。The school, students and teachers.
最后一句，more and more people could work more positively.

语法改完了。。。
其实考试老师看不了这么细的。所以头跟尾一定要写好，一定不要有语法错误。你这样开头结尾都是病句的话，印象分就没了，这篇文章肯定不及格。认真点就好了。
