但美俚里面一般会这么说：
XXX scared the shit out of me.
这个比较粗了，稍微文雅点的可以用crap代替shit.

I am scared (frightened)to death!!
I'm being die of shock.

I am scared to death！可以用这个句型，比如 我烦死了 I am boring to death.

又不失文雅又正宗的
so scared
或者I'm so scared
或者I'm in panic.
