本文旨在对我国高职院校学生管理信息化应用现状的分析，归纳出高职院校学生信息化管理活动存在的共性问题。在此基础上，以高职A学院作为现实典型进行实例分析，探讨集成管理思想在高职院校学生管理信息化中的应用，通过对高职A学院在学生管理信息信息化中存在问题进行分析和诊断，尝试对现有学生管理业务流程进行必要优化，借助信息化手段，提出对该学院各个信息系统进行整体规划，选择一个合适的集成平台，把该学院各部门的各个“信息孤岛”有机的集成起来的解决方案。
本论文的第一章为绪论，主要对本课题的相关背景、目的和意义进行阐述，提出本文的研究内容和研究方法；第二章主要对BPR及信息化的涵义及关系进行了理论阐述；第三章对高校学生信息化管理进行了要素及共性问题的分析；第四章以高职A学院为研究对象，对其在学生信息化管理中业务流程及系统应用现状进行研究分析，为提解决方案奠定基础；第五章利用信息化集成管理和业务流程再造等信息技术，提出高职A学院学生信息化管理问题的集成化解决方案；第六章做了全文的总结。

The objective of this article is to sum up the common problems existing in the management information system of students in higher vocational institutes by analyzing its present application status. On this basis, and taking ‘A Higher Vocational Institute’ as a typical case study, it explores the application of integrated management theory on the management information system of students in higher vocational institutes, and by analyzing and diagnosing its existing problems, it tries to implement the required optimization of the operation procedures of student management, and suggests a solution by making use of informational means to implement an overall planning to every information system of the institute, selecting a suitable integrated platform and integrating every ‘information island’ of all the departments in the institute.
