我看着打破的窗子。I look at the window which is broken.还是was broken.?可不可以省略which is .I look at the window broken.如果不行，那这句怎么可以？There is little water(which is ) left?

2) the windou broken 过去分词放在后面也行,强调了状态;
3)the broken window 最自然,也是最常用的.

i am looking at the broken window.这是最好的翻译。
i am looking at the window that which had been broken.
there is little water left.是正确的。因为
there is little water that left in the ...（在...里面还有一些水剩下。省略后的翻译为：还有一点水剩下。）
省略的是that以及后面的补语成分。
