句意：宝宝生下来没多久就会笑，所以这个行为不像是和父母学来的。
为什么to后面用have been 现在完成时？to后面要是接过去式能接吗？

to后面用have done 表达这个动作已经发生，实际上是指过去的情况，意思是宝

宝会笑这个技能不可能是之前从父母那学到的。

举例：

He is said to have finished his work ahead of time.据说他已经提前完

成了工作。

The picture is reported to have been copied by many people. 据报导这

幅画已经多次被人模仿。

to后面要是接过去式能接吗？

绝对不能接过去式，to如果是动词不定式， 后面永远都接 动词原形 （如果to 是介词 就要接V-ing 形式了）。
