1. If i was going to rent an apartment, i would like to live on the top floor because one can get a great view. Even though it might be inconvinient that i will have to walk up a lot of stairs, it can be good excercise for me. Also,living on the top floor somehow gives more privacy without people walking past my door every now and then. It is also easier to prevent robbery from the window if i live high up.
2.The positive side, i would say, is that one can get back the beloved ones that has passed away. Especially for the ones that had lost their child can clone one and reduce the sorrow. The negative side has to be that, there will no longer be an identifying method. I think anybody would be upset if him or herself had been cloned and had taken everything from his or her life by pretending to be the person.
