The culture of an organization can have a significant impact on how that organization operates. Choose an organization that you are familiar with (e.g. place of work, club) and identify the visible and invisible manifestations of its organizational culture, and examine how these influence employee behavior.

Assessment criteria:
1. demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and theories discussed
2. present a balanced argument that consider both theory and practice
3. demonstrate appropriate research and referencing styles
4. show an ability to relate theoretical material to practical, everyday organizational situations
5. critically analyse the material under discussion; not just repeat what you have read
6. present an essay written in an appropriate style and format.
