在恒定功率P=1460W情况下随着速度的降低或在恒定速度V=1.5m/min随着功率的增加, 焊缝形貌由“v”形向“钉字头”形再向“x”形过渡, 同时在离焦量在＋1mm 左右可以得到最佳焊缝成形；激光焊接热影响区较窄，焊缝组织晶粒粗大,有少量新相析出；焊接接头Ni含量的差异导致相变温度与母材有所偏差；焊接接头表现出良好的形状记忆效应和超弹性。
