英语：stock和share表示股票有什么区别

基本没什么区别了
但是貌似stock更专业一点，金融专业词汇用的多

stock：
[美]股份总额, 股本, 股票
[英]公债(券)
The capital or fund that a corporation raises through the sale of shares entitling the stockholder to dividends and to other rights of ownership, such as voting rights.
股本：商业团体通过出卖股票而积聚的资金或基金，保证给予股票持有者分红或其他权利，如选举权
The number of shares that each stockholder possesses.
股份：股票持有者拥有的股票份额

share：
n.（名词）
A part or portion belonging to, distributed to, contributed by, or owed by a person or group.
一份：属于、分配给一个人或一组织或由其贡献或拥有的部分或份额

份额：公平的份额：

"stock" is a general term used to describe the ownership certificates of any company,and "share" refers to a the ownership certificates of a particular company.
stock可指任何公司的股票,股份.有些人容易误解股票和股份,觉得股票小,股份大其实在国际金融中它们指的都是一样的事物.持有某公司的股票就是持有它的股份也就是它的股东无论是大是小,但share则用来特指某一公司的股票,股份.

也就是说这两个单词指的事物是完全一样的,区别在于它所指不同.

就象cats猫 Chinese cats中国的猫,其实它们都是猫,而说cat
