though unhappy，i still would say happy birthday to myself

有好几种说法呢
带though的:
1.I also need to told myself happy birthday though I am unhappy.

2.Though I am unhappy,Ialso need to told myself happy birthday .

带but的：
1.I am unhappy but I also need to told myself happy birthday.

注意：无论怎样变化，句子中though和but不能同时出现

Though being not happy ,I will still tell myslef happy birthday.

这样比较好:

虽然NO`Happy.但还是要对me说one句happy birthday.

呵呵..
