因为在线填好上交后打出来的表格是有条形码的,方便签证官扫描您的资料并且加快审查的时间.先下载填好,然后再填到网上交,避免错误.

下载到本地填好后再填在线的表格，因为网上一提交修改很麻烦！

我的意思是下载填好，然后再往上填一遍，和条形码没关系。
