摘要：以槲皮素为印迹模板分子，丙烯酰胺为功能单体，以四氢呋喃为介质, 分别加入交联剂EGDMA、BisAA、DVB和PTA，通过热引发合成了槲皮素分子印迹聚合物，并测定了其对槲皮素分子的识别能力, 并用 Scatchard 方程考察其吸附行为，以交联剂BisAA合成的MIPs 分子识别性能最佳，并研究了交联剂用量对印迹效果的影响。上述结果表明 , 交联剂对分子印迹聚合物的分子识别性能具有重要影响。
