论中小型民营企业激励机制的建立与完善

摘要
民营中小企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济发展和社会进步起着重要的作用。发展中小企业是我国经济发展的大战略,建立有效的内部激励机制是促进中小企业发展的重要措施。通过对当前中小企业内部激励存在的主要问题的分析,有助于我们更好地构建有效的内部激励机制,以促进中小企业不断发展壮大。为经济的发展提供更多的动力。民营中小企业要获得可持续发展就必须建立企业核心竞争力,人力资源管理是民营企业中构建核心竞争力的瓶颈;本文首先分析探讨我国民营中小企业人力资源管理激励模式的特点及存在的问题,然后针对当前我国民营中小企业员工激励模式中存在的问题, 提出了适合我国国情的人力资源管理激励模式。
