than从句是一个完整的句子吗？比如：this coat is cheaper than that coat哪里是than从句？than从句里大多也没动词啊！
than从句,就是你的那句里面的that coat吧,一般不是完整句子,than后面只需要一个名词来代表所比较的人物或者事物,因此不需要动词.即使有xxxing,那也是动名词.
就是than开始的后面，省略了is
完整的是，this coat is cheaper than that coat is.
没有动词时省略了，than引导比较状语从句
