our(我做的那个项目的名称)could not redeployed because it could not completely removed in the undeployment phase. the most common cause of this problem is attempting to redeploy while the server is running which has locked one or more files.
to correct the deployment you will need to stop the server and then redeploy the project befor restarting the server.

由于你更新了某些信息，不能及时加载到服务器，因为没有及时部署服务器。
【问题解决】
重新部署服务器或者重新启动服务器。
【重新部署】
重新部署速度要比重启快点，具体方法为选中你的工程---右键点击工程名---选择MyEclipse---add or remove Project Deployments---选中服务器---点击reDeploy即可完成重新部署。

不能重新发布的原因是 它不能完全移除。
这是因为你的服务器还在运行还锁定了一个或多个文件。
