一台台式机装kis7.0.1.325没事，一台笔记本，同样装kis7.0.1.325，一上网就频繁蓝屏，蓝屏信息如下：

笔记本啥牌子，什么系统？
回复：我怀疑是软件冲突。
你把上网的那个软件用到的进程和文件都在卡巴里添加例外，排除。如果还不行，那就是系统出问题了。
是不是一台xp系统一台vista系统？
开机按f8选最后一次正确配置，进入系统。
卸了它，他不兼容你的系统，算了。
内存过小造成蓝屏
