Confidential Information. Pursuant to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (ref: Exhibit C) executed by both parties on, SELLER and BUYER agree to maintain business information provided by the other under this Agreement in confidence. Neither party shall use or disclose to third parties any confidential information concerning the other party’s business, including trade secrets, customer lists and other unpatentable information, which may have been acquired in the course of its activities under this Agreement, and shall take necessary precautions to prevent any such disclosure. Each party acknowledges that all such confidential information is the property of the other party. Both parties agree to maintain this information in strictest confidence and this obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
保密资料：根据确定执行的保密协议（附件C）之规定，买卖双方同意对本合约中对方提供信息进行保密。任何一方不得向第三方使用或透露由对方所拥有的商业秘密信息，包括商业秘密，客户名单以及其他尚未获得专利权的信息，并采取必要措施预防此类机密泄露。任何一方承认这些机密信息属于对方的财产。双方同意保持信息的绝对机密性。合同终止后，双方仍有保持秘密的义务。
机密信息。根据不披露协议（编号：参展丙）执行双方于，卖方与买方同意保持业务提供的资料，其他在本协定下的信心。任何一方不得使用或披露给第三方的任何机密资料的其他当事方的业务，包括商业秘密，客户名单和其他专利信息，这可能被收购的过程中其活动根据本协定，并应采取必要的预防措施，以防止任何该等披露。双方均承认，所有这些机密信息的财产，另一方。双方同意保持这方面的信息严格保密，并应继续履行这一义务的终止本协议。
