A foreign company wants to build a paper factory in our city, but not all the people agree to the plan. Some argue that it will create more job opportunties, increase revenue and enhance the development of the local economy, while some claim that it will pollute the environment. In my opinion, it is miopic to sacrifice the environment for the short term economic benefits brought about by the setting up of the factory. Such an unsustainable way of wealth generation will irrevocably destory our habitat and should not be tolerated.
