还有就是 what is the matter ? 改成she asks ......的间接引语。
我认为是she asks what the matter is.可是答案是she asks what is the matter.能不能帮我解释一下为什么？

第二个题目答案是对的，首先间接引语中的从句要是陈述句语序，也就是主语+谓语+其他。What is the matter?这个本身就是陈述句语序，因为这里的what就是充当整个句子的主语，所以在转换时就没必要变语序了。类似的句子还有who is jim?
