1.Team members work together to execute the team plan and to achieve the team goal. So it is important to consult with team member about setting plan,goal. Otherwise the plan or the goal won't be likely feasible and attainable.
2.Document plan is formal. It won't be easy to be changed and forgettable. If we just make a oral plan, some days later, probably it has been out of everybody's mind.
3.Three ways in supporting member in achieving their goals:
a.assit the member to find the way to achieve the goal;
b.support the member with helpful facilities or other conditions;
c.follow the practice of the member and request the member to do the cycle of PDCA.
4.Have a meeting, allow the member to talk about his idea. If the idea is good, let it work.
5.If the deadline is impossible, change it. If the solution could come earlier, he who is in charge should take action to avoid any delay.
