我家是Microsoft Windows Home Edition 的系统请问如何修改文件夹权限？（不进安全模式F8）

打开Command Prompt，使用CACLS命令

谁让你是Home Edition呢？用Professional很简单的，Home Edition要达到相同效果没有点专业素质还不行。

下面是详细操作步骤，不知道是否够通俗——

Command Prompt=命令提示符 [开始]->[所有程序]->[附件]里面有，或者[开始]->[运行]->CMD(回车)

打开以后看到个黑色底色的窗口（俗称DOS窗口），输入CACLS回车，会看到类似下面的结果，好好看看就知道怎么用了

Displays or modifies access control lists (ACLs) of files

CACLS filename [/T] [/M] [/S[:SDDL]] [/E] [/C] [/G user:perm] [/R user [...]]
[/P user:perm [...]] [/D user [...]]
filename Displays ACLs.
/T Changes ACLs of specified files in
the current directory and all subdirectories.
/M Changes ACLs of volumes mounted to a directory
/S Displays the SDDL string for the DACL.
/S:SDDL Replaces the ACLs with those specified in the SDDL string
(not valid with /E, /G, /R, /P, or /D).
/E Edit ACL instead of replacing it.
