In a recent article by the American Academy of Dermatology (the largest, most influential and most representative of all dermatological associations), they state that antioxidants can slow or even reverse the signs of aging! In the article titled “Vitamins to Protect Against and Reverse Aging: The Truth vs. The Tall Tales”, they list known vitamins and minerals that have shown the ability to slow or even reverse the signs of aging.
