How to be healthy

Three things are very important for ppeople to keep healthy: food, sports and habits.

Food gives people necessary energy and makes them happy. But it also brings people healthy problems. Vegetables, fruits are healthy foods and can be deliciously cooked. Most people like them. Fast foods such as french fries, hamburger as well as meat and other high fat things are unhealthy. They may lead to over-weighted. Taking more healthy foods instead of unhealthy food is very important to keep healthy.

Sports are helpful to keep people healthy. Ten minutes’ morning exercise makes one fresh all day. A walk after supper with families is also helpful and happy. Swimming is very popular and everyone can practice. Sometimes just standing up from seat or even making a yawn works well. Sport is the easiest way to keep healthy.

Good habits do well to health. Making schedule is a good habit. It can help people not in hurry all the time.
