主语不是第一人称的时候什么情况下用shall?

shall 用于第二、三人称为情态动词，表示允诺、警告等
Don't worry, you shall get the answer this afternoon.

别着急，今天下午你就可得到答复了。(允诺)

He shall be sorry for it one day, I tell you.

有一天他会后悔的，我告诉你。(警告)

expressing a strong assertion or intention
〔表示强烈主张或意图〕
they shall succeed.
他们一定会成功。
you shall not frighten me out of this.
你们不可能吓得我退出此事的。
expressing an instruction or command
〔表示告诫或命令〕
you shall not steal.
你不得偷窃。

好像一般就只有主语是第一人称才用到吧？不过在下不太精通！
