搞不清楚的两个问题

B和C哪个正确呢？都可以跟to，为什么？

C.explain sth to sb = explain to sb sth : 向某人解释某事

选C吧。应该说你冷静以下然后告诉我发声了什么事情。
speak to 仅仅说对谁说话的意思，
例如：It's only a waste of time to speak to her.
和她说话纯粹是浪费时间。
而explain to sb sth，是向某人解释发生了什么事情。
如：Let me explain to you why .
让我给你一个解释一下原因。

答案应该选C
因为根据句子的意思是你应该冷静下来然后向我解释发生了什么
如果用speak，只是表示正式在说话，说话不代表解释
explain本身就是解释的意思
