摘 要: 根据社会和检验医学发展的需要，以检验职业技术工作领域或岗位（群）技术应用能力和基本素质培养为主线，设计学生的知识、能力、素质结构培养方案。教学过程突出实践教学环节，强化实验操作训练，采用“理论实践一体化”模式，构建仿真练习、阶段见习、医院实习的“三习”一体化实践教学体系，提高学生在临床检验工作中解决实际问题的能力，使学生逐步养成严肃认真，实事求是的科学态度，养成严密思维、团结合作的工作作风，提高检验专业学生综合素质。

As the needs in society and the development of medical screening, a plan for developing students' knowledge, capability, and quality, which focuses on cultivating the ability of using applied technology and basic qualities in professions and careers of screening techniques, is designed. The applied teching process and practical training are emphasized in the curriculum, which uses the model of "theory and practice in one entity;" the "three practices" teaching stypes of real-world practice, periodical practice, and hospital practice, to improve the students' capability of solving actual problems during clinical work so the students will gradually develop the scientific attitude of be serious and honest, and work ethics of thorough consideration and being team players, which will improve the overall quality of student who major in madical screening.
