”我处于矛盾心理” 用英语怎么说

I'm in dilemma/contradiction,

I am in ambivalence

I am in contradictory feelings.

我觉得这句话应该是这样：“我处于矛盾中”或“我有着矛盾的心理”。矛盾 和 心理 是不能在一起用的，这样就产生了语病。
所以翻译时不用说出“心理”这词，大多数英译汉翻译时才采用“添词”技巧。
